The nice thing about Atomic and Exodus is that they give you a Hedera account without having to go through KYC. One issue is that you are subject to their software and interface to access your account information. They also don’t let you create more than one account.

If you want to export your account to a different wallet or even make multiple accounts, then have no worries because this is possible. But before you can do this you will need to get access to your private key.

Atomic Wallet Private Key Location

Assuming that you have downloaded the Atomic desktop app, it is fairly straightforward to view your private key. Once you start the app and log in, you will want to find the Settings.

Locate Settings

The click Private Keys which will prompt you to re-enter your password.

Click Private Keys in the Top Right

Scroll down, find Hedera and click on your private key to copy it.

Besides your private key, the only other thing that you need is your Account ID which can be found in your hbar wallet.

Locate Hbar wallet and click Receive to see Account ID

Exodus Wallet Private Key Location

The brunt of the work with Exodus is downloading the app and creating a Hedera account. After you have done both of these things, locate the 3 dots on the upper right corner of you hbar wallet. You will see the option to View Private Keys. When you click this you will be prompted to re-enter you password.

Select the 3 dots > View Private Keys in your hbar wallet

After you enter you password, you will see your private key.

View Private Key

The only other thing that you will need to export this wallet is your Account ID which can be found under hbar wallet (click Receive to see the image below).

In your Hbar wallet click Receive to see Account ID

Now what?

Now that you have both you Account ID and Private Key, it is time to move this account to a different wallet. Once option is an open-source project called MyHbarWallet. I have also created a guide to create multiple accounts using MyHbarWallet.
